Our staff have completed Cultural Heritage Assessments and Studies for projects throughout Queensland and are familiar with the range of archaeological evidence found in various environments. The founder of Everick, Dr Richard Robins was amongst the first archaeologists in Australia to implement both random sampling and other non-site archaeological approaches to surveys for Aboriginal cultural heritage. Since this time Everick has overseen cultural heritage compliance works on some of Queensland’s largest mining and infrastructure projects.
This experience, combined with that of Everick’s associates, means that we are able to provide a complete service ranging from initial consultations though to the compilation of detailed maps and illustrations for reports. With archaeological, anthropological, GIS and legal specialists on staff, we produce reports of the highest standards; standards that are endorsed through working with many of the Country’s largest planning firms and infrastructure providers.
