Historic Heritage Conservation Policies and Management Plans

Conservation Management Plans and Policies are generally designed to achieve two main objectives – defining what is significant and detailing the management strategies employed to ensure that this significance is retained. Everick models all Conservation Management Plans and Policies on all relevant legislation and best practices guidelines, including the Heritage Act 1977, the Burra Charter 2013 and the wealth of guidelines produced by the Heritage Council. All Conservation Management Plans and Policies are drafted by Everick to provide clear and viable management strategies which meet our client’s legislative compliance requirements.
