Tim Robins brings to Everick a legal background and a high level of professional project management expertise. Tim holds a first class honours degree in archaeology from the University of Queensland. He has also been admitted to practice as a solicitor in Queensland. His expertise in archaeology and law have seen Tim take a keen interest on Australia’s heritage legislation. His research has focused on the ability of contemporary legislation to facilitate the protection significant intangible (non-physical) heritage values. He has applied this research in both academic and practical contexts.


Tim is responsible for managing our projects and handling our community consultation. Having overseen hundreds of cultural heritage projects, he brings experience and confidence to the role. Tim’s experience includes working on heritage places of World, National, State and local heritage significance.


His mix of legal and archaeological expertise has seen him lead CHMP and ILUA negotiations for some of Queensland’s largest infrastructure projects. His knowledge ensures Everick undertakes the correct process in a comprehensive and efficient manner. Under Tim’s guidance, Everick has developed a strong track record for seamlessly integrating effective heritage management into broader development planning for projects.
