Today’s cultural heritage requirements include a range of complicated statutory obligations. The potential serious adverse consequences for failure to meet these requirements make a sound knowledge of heritage law essential for all archeological consultants. Having worked as a solicitor in the area of town planning, Tim understands the legislative requirements and the timeframe necessary to complete a job. Tim’s knowledge ensures Everick undertakes the correct process from the start to gain Departmental approval for whatever course of action that is required.
