Tim Hill

Principal (Coffs Harbour)

Tim completed his honours degree in archaeology and palaeoanthropology at the University of New England specialising in Aboriginal land use and predictive modelling of site distribution in 1997. Since starting with Everick in 2014, Tim has been the lead consultant for Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessments for a range of Aboriginal sites and for the provision of Statement of Heritage Impacts and Conservation Management Plans for built heritage sites. Tim has also works on Aboriginal Places, provided advice on land and environment cases and supported a range of Aboriginal community consultation projects. Tim has also supported a number of Everick’s projects in Queensland.

Tim possesses skills in archaeological field surveys and excavations, artefact identification, community consultation, training, workshop facilitation, report writing and peer review. Tim has recently supported the successful application for Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permits on some of the most complex heritage matters in regional New South Wales.
